We came by chance to the opening. We were given a welcome glass of wine. The pizza was delicious and everyone was very nice. It was a great evening, so I recommend visiting.
Very late dinner with our travelling circus for our first night in Alghero. GianLuca was a great host. Gave us a full rundown on local wines along with tastings. Chef is from Bologna. Bolognese pasta and Pizza’s were great.
Best pizza in Italy so far. Really no complaints; food came quickly, was great, good prices, and knowledgeable, friendly hosts
Amazing food made with passion. I had Paccheri pasta al ragu bolognese, which was exceptional, the pasta is made in house with a different technic that increases the nutritional value with vegetables and also is lower in carbs, but I must say it taste like all those carbs are in there! I had the chance to talk with one of the owners who is also in charge of the menu, he has many years experience in the food industry and you can see how passionate about food and technics he is, making everything to the highest quality. They focus on having local agricultural products, a simple menu with thought out dishes. To complement my pasta I had a glass of young local red wine, light and fragrant, perfect for the warm weather. For desert, I had the gelato di ricotta e mele, made in house with a family recipe. It was tasty and creamy, the organic Sardinian honey made me realise I never had proper honey before. To finish, a digestive, as we are in Sardinia, you must try the Mirto. I will definitely go back to try other dishes on the menu specially the seafood options. If you are in Sardinia it is definitely worth the stop.
We have visited place 2 times during our stay in Alghero. We have tried pizza in numerous places, even in some “famous places” with long waiting queue. This is the best Neapolitan style pizza in Alghero. Service was great and stuff was very professional and kind. We also had possibility to extend white pizza (one whit mozzarella, ham and burrata) with tomato sauce. All in all, all stars. Only small suggestion … please introduce menu in English.
Amazing pizza and good gluten free pizza. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this pizzeria for gluten free people. We also shared the Crema Catalan which as far as I can tell is a crème brûlée and it was fantastico.
Delicious food with great atmosphere. Staff very friendly and courteous. Food is delicious and good value for money. Price includes a bottle of wine.
One of the best pizza places we have had in Sardinia. And for sure the best glutenfree pizza we had in Sardinia. I am personally not gluten intolerant but had a small bite of it. It was the first glutenfree pizza I actually enjoyed alot. the dough was surprisingly good. highly recommend it!
